Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

The FP&A Specialist supports the FP&A Manager in all planning and forecasting activities for the Jordan market, delivering high-quality financial insights to support business decisions. This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with key stakeholders and gain broad exposure to the Core Tobacco business. If you have a financial background, strong analytical skills, and enjoy partnering with the business - we encourage you to apply. 

Position:

• Lead the accurate development, monitoring, and analysis of the Annual & Strategic Plan (ASP), Latest Estimate (LE), and Outlook (OL) in line with JTI reporting guidelines.
  
  
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including P&L, volumes, OPEX, marketing spend, balance sheet, and cash flow.
  
  
• Support month-end closing activities by validating financial results in close coordination with the Accounting team.
  
  
• Support entity planning and Free Cash Flow (FCF) submissions for both Jordan and Palestine markets.
  
  
• Provide strong financial support and business partnering to cross-functional teams through financial models and investment tracking (Marketing, OPEX, CAPEX).
  
  
• Deliver ad-hoc financial analysis and insights to support strategic initiatives and management decision-making.
  
  

Requirements:

• Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  
  
• 1-2 years of FP&A experience with strong knowledge of Financial and Management Accounting.
  
  
• SAP HANA and other ERP systems - nice to have, at least an intermediate level in Excel.
  
  
• Strong analytical mindset, ability to work under tight deadlines, proactive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
