Digital Marketing Manager

 

Are you passionate about driving digital engagement and shaping consumer experiences? We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead acquisition, conversion, retention and advocacy initiatives for the RRP project. You will play a key role in connecting with consumers across their entire journey - from awareness to loyalty - while collaborating with marketing, sales, e-commerce, analytics and global teams to deliver impactful campaigns.


Position:

  • Consumer Lifecycle Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute end-to-end consumer lifecycle strategies across acquisition, onboarding, retention and advocacy. Optimize consumer journeys and ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and e-commerce execution.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Advocacy Building: Collaborate with marketing, sales, e-commerce, analytics and global teams to deliver aligned lifecycle initiatives and lead advocacy programs that build loyalty and engagement.

  • Brand Collaboration & Digital Activation: Partner with Brand Managers to drive brand growth through digital platforms, leveraging consumer insights while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Digital Acquisition & Conversion: Lead digital acquisition and conversion initiatives across paid media, SEO/SEM, social and content channels, continuously optimizing performance and ROI.

  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance using analytics and drive continuous optimization across acquisition, conversion, and retention activities.

  • Budget Planning & Management: Plan and manage the annual digital budget to ensure effective, timely and strategic allocation of resources.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Marketing or Commercial roles.

  • University degree (required); MBA or equivalent qualification (desirable).

  • Fluency in English and Arabic (oral and written).

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, acquisition, retention, CRM, analytics and social media tools.

  • Proven expertise in consumer lifecycle strategy, conversion optimization, e-commerce and cross-functional collaboration.
