Budget Controller

Position:
As the Budget Controller, you will:
• Prepare, consolidate, and control sales budgets across brands, channels, and categories
• Manage budget planning cycles, forecasts, and revisions in line with business objectives
• Monitor budget performance, identify variances, and provide clear explanations and corrective actions
• Strengthen budget governance by ensuring compliance with financial policies and proper controls
• Calculate and analyze ROI by comparing sales budget versus actual investments at brand and channel level, and provide actionable insights to optimize allocation
• Partner closely with Commercial and Key Account teams to align budgets with commercial strategies and enable faster, higher-quality decisions
• Use SAP/ERP systems to manage budgets, reporting, and financial controls, ensuring high data quality and transparency
• Identify and implement improvements in budgeting tools, processes, and reporting efficiency; ensure proper reconciliations and documentation to reduce operational risk
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support sales performance reviews and strategic initiatives, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in budget control or financial management
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
• Experience in budget management, KPI reporting, and data analysis, with ability to translate complex financial data into clear commercial insights
• Fluent English
