RRP Performance Manager

 

This position exists to drive the analysis and optimization of brand performance across key metrics including sales, market share, ROI, and effectiveness of trade and marketing programs. Within established brand and corporate guidelines, the role ensures objective measurement, continuous improvement, and actionable reporting to support strategic objectives and maximize marketing ROI. The aim is to ensure competitive advantage, performance transparency, and budgetary discipline for the brand in a rapidly evolving market environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Drives analysis of brand performance across sales, market share, ROI and key marketing/trade initiatives, ensuring objective measurement and actionable insights.
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of launches, trade programs, POSM, and marketing activities, conducting competitive benchmarking and recommending improvements.
  • Assesses consumer acquisition and retention programs and prepares accurate, timely performance reports for internal and regional stakeholders.
  • Conducts consumer, brand, and ad-hoc research, monitors KPIs and competitor activity, and supports data-driven decision-making.
  • Optimizes marketing budgets, identifies cost-efficiency opportunities, and improves reporting processes through automation.
  • Ensures compliance with legal, occupational health and safety standards, internal procedures, and product quality requirements.
  • Recruits, motivates and develops team members (if applicable), ensuring effective performance and professional growth.
  • Manages additional tasks and projects as required, supporting cross-functional collaboration and overall business priorities.

Requirements:

  • University degree in business, marketing, or economics.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, brand management, or product marketing.
  • Experience in analyzing marketing campaigns and performance metrics using CRM and analytical tools.
  • English and Russian - fluent,  and Kazakh (is a plus).
  • Excel, PowerPoint- must have, and  PowerBI or any other tools are a plus
