Procurement Specialist, M&S

The Procurement Specialist, Marketing and Sales supports strategic and tactical procurement activities for the Marketing and Sales function. The position develops and implements procurement action plans aligned with global, regional and cluster directions, builds collaborative relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, and contributes to cost optimization and continuous improvement.

Position:

As the Procurement Specialist, Marketing and Sales, you will:

Manage local tactical procurement activities and implement procurement action plans in line with global, regional and cluster strategies
Partner with Category Managers and Marketing & Sales stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective procurement solutions
Manage supplier relationships and negotiate best-value contracts, ensuring the right balance of quality, cost and service
Coordinate supplier selection and sourcing processes and proactively identify new and innovative suppliers
Deliver procurement negotiation and savings targets while ensuring compliance with applicable policies and procedures
Monitor supplier performance, identify potential risks and coordinate corrective actions when required
Conduct market research, monitor market trends and support supply risk assessments and contingency planning
Collaborate with Procure-to-Pay Coordination Centre and Global Business Services teams when appropriate

Requirements:

University degree
1–3 years of procurement experience, preferably within a multinational company
Fluent English at business level and native-level Russian
Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
Good project management and analytical skills
Strong Microsoft Excel and SAP skills
Ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
High level of accountability, integrity and compliance awareness
