People & Culture Specialist, GSC

 

What this position is about – Purpose

In this role, you will provide full-cycle People & Culture support to Global Supply Chain (Manufacturing) teams. You will ensure timely and accurate delivery of P&C processes, including recruitment, reporting, and employee lifecycle administration, in line with global standards.

You will act as a trusted partner for line managers, ensuring efficient hiring, high-quality data reporting (P&C KPIs), and seamless employee experience across all stages.

 

What will you do – Responsibilities

 

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviews coordination, and candidate communication
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate databases
  • Organize internal job postings and promote vacancies across channels

 

P&C Operations & Administration

  • Prepare job offers, transfer offers, and compensation scenarios within agreed timelines
  • Coordinate onboarding process, including induction, medical checks, and system access
  • Ensure accurate and timely initiation of hiring processes in internal systems
  • Maintain documentation and employee records in line with company standards

 

Reporting & Analytics

  • Deliver accurate and timely P&C KPIs (Headcount, Absenteeism, Overtime, etc.)
  • Ensure data input into GSC Analytics systems
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders

 

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with line managers, HR teams, agencies, and contractors
  • Participate in cross-functional processes with Finance, Procurement, and Operations
  • Support communication and engagement initiatives within manufacturing teams

 

Vendor & Budget Management

  • Manage contracts with recruitment agencies and external vendors
  • Support administrative budget planning and tracking
  • Ensure timely processing of invoices and documentation in SAP

 

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure adherence to labor legislation and internal policies
  • Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness
  • Follow health, safety, and environmental standards (ISO, internal policies)

 

Who are we looking for – Requirements

 

Education:

  • Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or above)

 

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition / P&C

 

Languages:

  • Kazakh – fluent
  • Russian – fluent
  • English – Upper-Intermediate / Advanced

 

Technical & Functional Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
  • Experience in recruitment processes and assessment methods
  • Knowledge of HR systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, or аналогичные)
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Analytical mindset and structured approach
  • Team player with proactive attitude
