PEOPLE & CULTURE ASSOCIATE

 

Do you enjoy working with people, supporting recruitment processes, and keeping HR operations running smoothly? Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow your career in People & Culture within a global organization?

We are looking for a People & Culture Associate to join our People & Culture team in Kazakhstan. In this role, you will support a wide range of P&C activities with a strong focus on recruitment, onboarding, reporting, and administrative processes. You will also act as a back-up for the People & Culture Specialist and work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across both OS and non-OS topics while contributing to a positive employee experience and a high-performance culture.

 

Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Campus Activities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including OS recruitment and selected non-OS roles

  • Coordinate with hiring managers, candidates, and recruitment vendors to ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience

  • Support and participate in MIB campus recruitment activities and employer branding initiatives

People & Culture Operations / Back-up

  • Act as a back-up for the People & Culture Specialist in daily P&C operations

  • Provide first-line support to employees and managers on P&C-related questions and processes

  • Handle OS-related topics and support broader People & Culture initiatives

Induction & Onboarding

  • Prepare and deliver induction and onboarding sessions for new hires

  • Coordinate onboarding activities, documentation, and materials to ensure a seamless employee experience

Contracts & Administrative Support

  • Support contract administration, including tracking start/end dates and contract extensions

  • Prepare and process purchase requests (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) related to P&C and OS activities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and HR records

Reporting & Data Management

  • Prepare and maintain OS reports (headcount, turnover, and related metrics)

  • Support Employee Engagement Survey (EES) data maintenance and reporting

  • Ensure accuracy and timely updates of data in HR systems

P&C Programs Support

  • Support the implementation and coordination of People & Culture programs

  • Collaborate with P&C colleagues and cross-functional teams on joint initiatives

 

Requirements:

  • Experience or strong interest in recruitment and People & Culture operations

  • Understanding of core People & Culture processes

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

  • Data-driven mindset and confidence working with reports and HR systems

  • Fluent English; Russian is an advantage
