Human Resources Business Partner, Almaty factory
Full cycle of HR support for Almaty Global Supply Chain employees. The scope includes employee performance, end-to-end career management, and implementation of all organizational design changes. Provides coaching and guidance to managers on headcount planning, resolution of employee relations and management issues, employee and organization development, employment, and compensation practices. In close collaboration with HR subdivisions, ensures an effective local implementation of strategic HR initiatives in the business unit.
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will:
- Acts as the first point of contact for all talent management activities: employee development, performance management, career planning, and recruitment. Facilitates calibration sessions and supports managers with improvement plans.
- Ensures headcount planning meets current and future business needs; supports org design and business changes in cooperation with Head of Function.
- Coordinates training needs analysis and execution, identifies development gaps, and works with the HR Programs team on solutions.
- Connects corporate vision with local actions to boost engagement and build a thriving workplace.
- Provides guidance to employees and line managers on Human Resources-related issues, disciplinary cases, and conflict management in line with global policies and local law.
- Supports and participates in Integrated Working System (IWS) initiatives.
- Managing team and monitors results, analyzes deviations, and drives improvement programs.
- Oversees professional development of staff, monitors training budget.
- Ensures compliance with work safety, health, and environmental protection standards (ISO 9001, 45001, 14001, 50001). Promotes safe workplace practices and continuous EHS improvement and implementation of corrective actions based on audit results.
- Reports and investigates accidents/incidents, implements corrective and preventive actions.
- Manages various tasks and projects as needed, upon request from the line manager.
Requirements:
- Not less than 3 years in a similar position;
- Fluent in English & Russian;
- Headcount reporting and employee database management;
- Modern concepts of people management;
- Basics of employees' motivation & performance appraisal;
- Forms & methods of employees' training and development;
- Business ethics & business communication.
