Digital Specialist
This role exists to provide support to the Digital and eCommerce Manager in the implementation of the digital marketing strategy for both categories - RMC (ready-made cigarettes) and RRP(reduced risk products). It includes managing the day-to-day maintenance of all digital eco-system services and implementation of improvements, all with the goal to effectively reach and attract consumers via the web.
Position:
As the Digital Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Execution of RMC & RRP digital marketing strategies:
- Plan and implement online advertising campaigns (SEO, SMM, contextual advertising, social media, email marketing, etc.) - Assess marketing channel performance and optimize strategies. - eCommerce management:
- daily maintenance of RRP online store and eCommerce platforms (Telegram). - Update content (products, prices, promotions).
- Improve UX for better consumer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse for smooth order fulfillment. - Performance monitoring & analytics:
- Create dashboards to track key metrics (Google Analytics, CRM, social media). - Track user behavior change, monitor conversions, traffic, and sales.
- Identify and implement improvements based on data insights. - Operational support:
- Assist the Digital and eCommerce Manager with budget tracking, ASP planning, and alignment with key stakeholders (agencies, service providers). - Support loyalty programs and process customer feedback. - RMC & RRP digital & CRM management:
- Maintain RMC & RRP CRM and 1-2-1 (Ambassador) applications. - Update content, promotions, and optimize UX.
- Manage and maintain RMC & RRP CRM systems. - RMC & RRP web platforms:
- Maintain RMC & RRP websites and Telegram platforms. - Optimize UX and update content regularly.
- Continuously look to optimize the user experience (UX) of websites and social media channels to improve consumer satisfaction.
- Implement content strategies with RMC & RRP Managers and creative teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Tech, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a digital specialist in international or large local companies (similar roles, such as CRM administrator, are also suitable).
- Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to challenges.
- Capability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Windows applications; knowledge of Adobe software and third-party CRM systems is a plus.
