Consumer Engagement Manager
The employee in this position is responsible for developing multi-category (RMC/RRP) consumer engagement strategies and implementing relevant programs, including events, 1-to-1 consultants, retail staff training and other activation initiatives. The role supports the development and growth of RMC and RRP brands and contributes to JTI achieving its business objectives and KPIs across both categories.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the multi-category (RMC/RRP) consumer engagement strategy in line with the overall brand strategy
- Participate in annual strategic planning (ASP), define KPIs and ensure effective program delivery
- Control execution of consumer engagement programs across all channels and evaluate their effectivenes
- Manage and develop the team, including performance monitoring, capability development and succession planning
- Ensure timely collection, consolidation and reporting of program results to management
- Ensure nationwide compliance with company standards and policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective program execution
- Plan and control RMC and RRP development budgets, including monthly reconciliations and financial support to Finance
- Oversee operational processes, including SAP document flow, contracts and contractor management
- Manage relationships with key external partners (agencies, platforms, service providers)
- Monitor market trends and identify innovative tools, services and techniques in consumer engagement
Requirements:
- Higher education in management, marketing or related field (or higher professional education with additional training)
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a consumer goods company
- Proven experience in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple, complex projects in a dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation skills
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Advanced user of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
