Job Title :Trade Marketing Representative

Position Purpose
The Trade Marketing Representative (TMR) is responsible for managing a defined retail territory by developing efficient route plans and ensuring effective coverage of targeted outlets. The role ensures successful execution of trade marketing programs, drives market share growth, strengthens brand positioning, and supports wholesalers through top-up sales to expand distribution and increase volume.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned retail outlets and ensure regular visits based on route plans
- Ensure product availability and optimal product visibility in all outlets
- Execute trade marketing programs effectively across the territory
- Conduct top-up sales to minimize out-of-stock situations and meet sales targets
- Expand distribution by onboarding new outlets and improving product listings
- Monitor and support wholesalers to ensure proper distribution practices and pricing compliance
- Collect and analyze market data using SFA tools to generate actionable insights
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in coordination with the sales team
- Monitor illicit trade activities and report findings to the supervisor
- Build strong relationships with retailers and maintain professional representation of the company
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards
- Ensure proper use and handling of company assets
- Support additional tasks and projects as assigned by the line manager

- Understanding of trade marketing principles
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards
Work Experience
