Position Purpose

The role is responsible for generating impactful business insights and recommendations that support both strategic and operational decision‑making across the organization. The incumbent will serve as the “single source of truth” for all business partners, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and clarity of commercial intelligence across functions.

 

Key Responsibilities

Market Modelling

  • Develop and continuously refine an integrated market model that incorporates internal and external factors, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Deliver accurate, reliable forecasts by leveraging historical data and enhancing model automation.
  • Align and streamline planning processes across market functions using unified modelling tools.

Strategic Insight

  • Partner closely with Trade and Consumer teams to stay fully informed on market developments, business performance, and competitive actions.
  • Identify emerging risks and opportunities, providing clear, actionable recommendations that strengthen competitive advantage.
  • Oversee and enhance tools and systems that generate commercial insights.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date market pricing intelligence and support pricing and volume strategy development in collaboration with Finance and Marketing & Sales.
  • Deliver ad‑hoc analyses, presentations, and business cases to support high‑quality decision-making for senior management.

 Performance Reporting

  • Develop and maintain a robust Management Information System (MIS) in collaboration with Finance and Sales, leveraging global digital solutions.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting services, including regular and ad-hoc reports.
  • Continuously improve dashboards and reporting structures to ensure simplicity, relevance, and alignment with evolving business needs.

Strategic Planning & Presentations

  • Provide essential inputs for the Annual Strategic Plan (ASP) and coordinate cross‑functional alignment to ensure timely completion.
  • Build strong relationships with Regional and Headquarters teams, as well as with other markets, to facilitate effective strategic communication.

Budget Management

  • Oversee and manage budget allocations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.

Compliance

  • Maintain a solid understanding of the Collective Labour Agreement, internal regulations, and company safety policies.

 Other Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing Manager by managing additional tasks and special projects as required.

 

 

Skills & Competencies

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management or a related field.

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Proficiency in English
  • Solid command of MS Office applications

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role
