Position Purpose
The Sales Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing the full sales order cycle to ensure operational excellence, compliance with internal and regulatory requirements, and smooth coordination with wholesalers across the country.
This role serves as a critical liaison between the National WS&D Manager, Finance, and the wholesale network, driving timely execution of purchase plans, supporting accurate order processing, and maintaining strong compliance oversight. The position also ensures that contract renewals are initiated and completed on time to support sustainable sales growth and regulatory alignment.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Order & Purchase Plan Execution
- Receive, validate, and promptly communicate daily purchase plans from the National WS&D Manager to wholesalers.
- Ensure all Purchase Order (PO) confirmations are received, acknowledged, and properly documented.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to improve order turnaround time.
- Review and approve Sales Orders (SOs) submitted by the Sales Order Coordinator, ensuring alignment with approved plans.
- Coordinate delivery timelines with the National WS&D Manager and wholesalers, addressing discrepancies and escalating unresolved issues.
Financial & Compliance Oversight
- Work closely with Finance to ensure smooth financial operations, including supporting wholesalers in depositing funds in designated banks.
- Verify wholesaler payments with Finance prior to SO approval and shipment release.
- Maintain an organized, up-to-date archive of all wholesaler contracts, EFDA certifications, and business licenses.
- Track expiration dates for all licenses and contracts and issue renewal reminders to the National WS&D Manager at least 30 days prior to expiry.
- Support contract renewal processes by coordinating documentation, timelines, and communication with wholesalers.
- Enforce compliance by ensuring no sales occur to wholesalers without valid documentation.
Reporting & Communication
- Prepare and circulate daily sales status reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain and update the national sales performance tracker to provide visibility to leadership and field teams.
- Serve as the primary operational contact between the National WS&D Manager and wholesalers for matters related to purchase plan execution and order fulfillment.
- Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by the National WS&D Manager.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Economics, Business Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English and strong MS Office skills.
