Reports to: NW&D Manager

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Program Duration: 12-month paid internship program

 

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Sales Intern to support the commercial team in sales operations, market execution, field visibility activities, and reporting. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in sales and trade operations.

 

What you will do:

  • Support daily sales operations and trade execution activities.
  • Assist with market visits to check product availability and visibility in retail outlets.
  • Collect, organize, and update sales-related data from the field.
  • Prepare and update sales reports and dashboards for internal use.
  • Support the coordination and monitoring of trade initiatives and market programs.
  • Assist the sales team with operational tasks, documentation, and planning.

 

Who we are looking for:

  • Fresh graduate in Business, Marketing, Economics, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn from field operations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
