Quality Intern

Function: Quality

Reports to: Quality Manager

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Contract Duration: 12 Month Contract 

We are seeking a motivated Quality Intern to support quality improvement activities within our manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for graduates interested in process improvement and quality systems.

 

What you will do:

  • Support analysis of quality defects and assist in identifying root causes.
  • Help review quality inspection procedures and highlight gaps or improvement needs.
  • Assist with monitoring quality KPIs and preparing basic reports.
  • Participate in small improvement initiatives within the Production and Quality teams.
  • Support documentation and data organization related to quality activities.

 

Who we are looking for:

  • Fresh graduate in Applied Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
