Function: Quality
Reports to: Quality Manager
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Program Duration: 12-month paid internship program
We are looking for a motivated and analytical Quality Intern to support quality improvement activities, quality systems, defect analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are interested in quality assurance, process improvement, and data-driven problem solving.
What you will do:
- Support the analysis of quality defects and assist in identifying root causes.
- Review quality inspection procedures and highlight gaps or improvement opportunities.
- Monitor quality KPIs and prepare basic reports and updates.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives with the Production and Quality teams.
- Support documentation, data organization, and follow-up related to quality activities.
Who we are looking for:
- Fresh graduate in Applied Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
