Process Lead

 

Objective

The Process Lead is responsible for developing the production line team’s technical capability and ensuring strong process control within the assigned work cell. The role focuses on improving and optimizing production efficiency, ergonomics, safety, and quality by applying IWS methodologies and data‑driven problem‑solving practices.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage key line systems (CL, CO, CM) and support machine operation when needed.
  • Strengthen the team’s process‑control knowledge and provide on‑floor coaching.
  • Analyze production and equipment data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Lead line problem‑solving activities (IPS, UPS) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support delivery by resolving issues quickly, reporting KPIs, and ensuring on‑time output.
  • Follow and promote all EHS standards, report incidents and unsafe behaviors, and maintain a safe workplace.
  • Execute additional tasks and small projects assigned by the manager.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or equivalent (preferably Science or Engineering).
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, problem solving, and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of Lean, IWS tools, and production systems.
  • Strong skills in MS Office and Power BI.
  • Ability to coach, influence, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Excellent English language proficiency.
