Position Purpose
The Process Lead supports the production line team by applying technical knowledge and process control principles to improve efficiency, safety, ergonomics, and quality. Using IWS (Integrated Work System) methodology, the role contributes to continuous improvement in the assigned work cell. This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals with strong foundational knowledge and a willingness to learn and grow within a manufacturing environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the operation of line systems including centerline (CL), changeover (CO), and change management (CM).
- Assist in developing the team’s understanding of process control.
- Analyze production data and support troubleshooting.
- Operate machinery when needed to support manpower gaps.
- Participate in problem-solving activities using standard work processes (IPS and UPS).
- Use available data tools to identify trends and suggest improvements.
- Assist in resolving issues to ensure timely delivery of production volumes.
- Contribute to KPI reporting and basic data analysis.
- Promote a safety-first culture and comply with health and safety standards.
- Report incidents and unsafe conditions and support corrective actions.
- Support various tasks and projects as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and lean principles.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
