People and Culture Intern
Function: People and Culture
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Contract Duration: 12 Month Contract
We are looking for a passionate People & Culture Intern to support P&C operations, employee engagement, recruitment, and learning activities.
What you will do:
- Support the recruitment process (screening, scheduling, communication).
- Assist in onboarding and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain HR data and support reporting activities.
- Support learning, development, and internal training coordination.
Who we are looking for:
- Fresh graduate in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
