Leaf, CFT, CRES Warehouse and CFT Feeding Operator

Job Purpose

The position is responsible for the safe loading, unloading, handling, and movement of Leaf, CFT, and CRES materials within the warehouse, Primary, and CFT feeding areas. The role also ensures the proper operation, cleaning, charging, and routine servicing of forklifts, feeding equipment, and other warehouse machines.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload Leaf, CFT, and CRES materials in the warehouse, Primary, and CFT feeding areas.
• Verify the quantity, condition, type, and grade of received materials against purchase orders, SIVs, delivery orders, and other internal documents.
• Report damaged, missing, incorrectly labelled, or improperly packaged materials to the relevant managers.
• Store received materials in the assigned warehouse bin locations.
• Maintain proper stock conditions and protect materials from dirt, damage, fire, and other risks.
• Pick and transfer Leaf, CFT, and CRES materials according to picking lists and FEFO requirements.
• Maintain proper warehouse housekeeping, safety, security, and stock arrangement.
• Clean the CFT feeding machine, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment.
• Ensure forklifts and machines are properly charged and serviced according to schedule.
• Follow warehouse speed limits, use the required PPE, and ensure fire extinguishers are functional and accessible.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory counts.
• Perform additional tasks and projects assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• Diploma in Management, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Valid forklift operating licence and mandatory forklift operation training.
• Strong attention to accuracy and completeness.
• Confidence and a positive approach to challenges.
• Commitment to continuous learning and performance improvement.
