Group Reporting Supervisor
Objective
Under the supervision of the Entity Finance Manager, the role is responsible for leading and coordinating all group financial reporting activities, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of group trial balances, intercompany reconciliations, and reporting packages across entities.
Responsibilities
- Lead month-end closing activities, including preparation of Group Trial Balance and reporting deliverables.
- Prepare and submit monthly group trial balances for multiple entities within deadlines.
- Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions, including FX adjustments.
- Prepare and submit quarterly group reporting packages to corporate accounting.
- Record and reconcile intercompany invoice settlements accurately.
- Support preparation and analysis of financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual).
- Provide insights and analysis to support management decision-making.
- Coordinate internal and external audit processes and ensure timely documentation.
- Support statutory accounting, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- ACCA or Chartered Accountant qualification (preferred)
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory/managerial experience in finance
- Or 3+ years in FMCG finance within a regional/global reporting environment
Skills
- Strong financial reporting and consolidation knowledge
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Experience with SAP and Business Central
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
