Function: Accounting and Finance

Reports to: FP&A Manager

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Program Duration: 12-month paid internship program

 

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Intern to support financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, documentation, and day-to-day finance operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to gain practical experience in accounting, finance, and business analysis.

 

What you will do:

  • Assist with financial reporting, documentation, reconciliations, and data validation.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and variance analysis activities.
  • Analyze financial data and prepare clear summaries to support decision-making.
  • Help maintain compliance with internal controls, financial procedures, and audit requirements.

 

Who we are looking for:

  • Fresh graduate in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn.
