About the Role

We are looking for a Direct Purchasing Specialist (Maternity Cover) to join our Manufacturing Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in procurement and supply chain operations. The role supports purchasing activities for raw materials, spare parts, and technical services while ensuring smooth and timely procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the conversion of Purchase Requests into Purchase Orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders on procurement activities.
• Follow up on purchase orders, shipments, and documentation.
• Maintain procurement-related records and system data.
• Assist in import and purchasing processes.
• Prepare procurement reports and track order status.
• Support supplier communication and procurement projects.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Purchasing & Supply Management, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Up to 1 year of relevant experience in purchasing, supply chain, or a related field.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
