Communications Intern
Function: Corporate Affairs & Communication
Reports to: Communication Manager
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Contract Duration: 12 Month Contract
We are seeking a proactive Communications Intern to support internal and external communication efforts, content creation, and corporate engagement activities.
What you will do:
- Support the development and execution of internal communication campaigns across multiple channels.
- Assist in preparing leadership communication materials, including messages, announcements and visual content.
- Help coordinate and organize internal events, including town halls, engagement activities, and internal campaigns.
- Draft and edit internal communication materials.
- Maintain and update internal communication platforms.
- Support employee engagement initiatives that strengthen workplace culture and collaboration.
Who we are looking for:
- Fresh graduate in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational and creativity skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; design tools are a plus (Canva, vedio editing, etc.).
