Quality Assurance Associate

Position:

As the Quality Assurance Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Conduct quality control checks on incoming raw materials to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate and analyze machine performance issues related to raw materials, collaborating with production and engineering teams to implement corrective actions.
• Lead and support material trials on production lines, contributing to improvement projects aimed at enhancing product quality and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate documentation of quality inspections, trial results, and issue resolutions.
• Collaborate with suppliers and procurement teams to address material quality concerns and drive improvements.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to support new process optimization initiatives.
• Prepare quality process documentation according to Quality Management System standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in related areas
• Advanced level of English proficiency
• Strong understanding of raw material specifications, quality control methodologies, and root cause analysis
• Familiarity with production machinery and the impact of material properties on machine performance.
• Excellent analytical skills and strong problem-solving capability
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Advanced level of MS Office applications knowledge
• IWS or Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus
• Good practical knowledge of SAP, and Power BI would be an advantage
