Join Our People & Culture Team – New Graduate Program (11-Month Contract)
Are you a recent or soon-to-be graduate ready to kick-start your career in a dynamic and supportive environment?
We’re looking for curious, motivated, and forward-thinking individuals to join our People & Culture Department for an exciting 11-month development journey.
Who We’re Looking For:
We welcome applications from candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in 2024 or 2025 in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
- Skilled in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and familiar with Agile tools.
- Comfortable working with Canva templates for creative and professional presentations.
- Open to a full-time, 11-month contract opportunity.
Note: For male candidates, military service should be deferred for at least two years.
What You’ll Do:
We are hiring two new graduates who will contribute to meaningful projects and gain hands-on experience in one of the following areas:
- Rewards & Organizational Design
- Talent Management, Learning & Development
You’ll be part of a collaborative team, working on real projects that make an impact, while developing your skills and exploring your potential.
