IT SERVICES ASSOCIATE

The incumbent will be based in Izmir and will be reporting to Cluster IT Director Turkey+, ME, Jordan, EM

Responsibilities

• Delivering IT services to support business operations, and for the timely resolution of reported incidents, in collaboration with internal and external IT subject matter experts, for the site, market or cluster, as assigned.
• Proactively monitoring & ensuring compliance with established standards, operating guidelines, policies and procedures, and risk controls.
• Supporting and coordinating disaster recovery planning and execution to protect Market against business disruption.
• Supporting to provide input to financial planning cycles, managing IT assets and executing IT procurement activities.
• Coordinating and executing local & global information security awareness initiatives
• Supporting IT Services pillar for asset/inventory management & mobile services management

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree from Computer or Technical Science Departments, or strong IT background,
• 2+ years of experience in IT departments,
• Advanced level of English knowledge,
• Advanced knowledge in all areas of IT operational support
• Advanced knowledge of provisioning and configuration of workstations, mobile devices (iOS/Android), collaboration systems (e.g. Video Conference/Skype/Teams rooms equipment),
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in an international setting. Experience in an international corporate IT organization is a plus
