Financial Planning & Analysis Associate
You will be responsible for providing support to Turkey+ Cluster reporting. Within the context, you are responsible for supporting other FP&A team members in accurate and timely preparation of the annual budgets, periodic forecasts, strategic plans, reporting and business cases. You will act as a business partner to FP&A team and executive across the company supporting with financial analysis to help them manage the business and make operational decisions.
The position will be based in Izmir and reporting to Financial Planning & Analysis Manager.
Position:
As the Financial Planning & Analysis Associate, you will:
- Support FP&A Agile team during month-end closing activities, planning cycles during the year and monthly reporting as per JTI corporate requirements. This also includes technical submission of actual and planned data
- Consolidating and controlling OPEX (Operating Expenditure)
- Coordinate consistent and systematic collection of data from cross functional teams, searching for variances explanations and implementing them into reporting
- Supports other FP&A team members on the maintenance, update, and distribution of various management monthly financial reports
- Be involved in the technical process of Selling Prices to 3rd parties and I/Co (Intercompany) calculations as well as set up of prices in SAP
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering
- At least 2 years of experience in FP&A or/and Controlling functions is a must and preferably in a multinational company
- Fluent in English, Turkish is an asset
- Effective use of digital and software packages (XLS, PPT as a must), proficiency in SAP
- Analytical and strategical thinking, good commercial and sound business understanding
