What this position is about - Purpose: Within the Management Trainee Program, You will be supporting primarily the Buildings, Utilities & Energy Function of the Engineering Department. As a part of the Learning & Development journey, he/she will potentially be involved in projects of other sub-functions of the department.


What will you do - Responsibilities:


  • You will be learning all aspects of Engineering Processes and will be trained, coached, and developed to be a resource for rotational assignments of the company. The responsibilities will be:
  • Initiating and implementing process and equipment modifications to improve performance, energy reporting, and energy cost planning.
  • Supporting utility team to achieve KPI targets and supporting ISO 50001 energy team and necessary audits to reduce energy consumption.
  • Managing investment projects by fulfilling definition, planning, and implementation phase requirements.
  • Planning and following up on financial activities of projects and assuring timely and accurate reporting.


Who are we looking for - Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably from Electrical-Electronical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering,
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in utilities and energy management,
  • Advanced level of English knowledge,
  • Advanced level of MS Office applications knowledge.
  • AutoCAD Program knowledge is a plus
