Elena is a creative soul and defines herself as an artist. As a Consumer Experience Manager at JTI, she explores this creativity within her job every day by imagining new concepts, generating fun content, and crafting touching stories to create relevant brand experiences. Having started her JTI career in Spain as Digital Consumer Experience manager, Elena moved to JTI HQ in Geneva in 2021, where she found the same support, friendship and positive culture shared by her team on daily basis.
