Meet Milika, from Malawi, who has been with us for 6 years. When she's not in the office, Milika enjoys spending time on community service projects, which she says has taught her a lot about mapping her own path. She began working with JTI Malawi, then moved to HQ in Geneva, and currently works in Dubai as regional CA&C manager for Global Travel Retail. "Currently, I look after two regions - MENAT as well as Eastern and Northern Europe - so I can go, in one day, across the whole spectrum of the continent. As you can imagine, there's never a dull day. I think this is the part I enjoy the most.“
