Aylar’s journey with JTI began three years ago, shortly after she graduated from university. She stumbled upon JTI's Worldwide internship competition - Make It Bright while browsing the internet, took a leap of faith by participating in the challenge and, at the end of it, was offered a job at JTI. Aylar looks back on that moment as a “turning point” in her life, leading her to become who she is today. The most enjoyable part of her work is working with cross-functional teams, supporting to broaden horizons and expand the knowledge. No matter where you start out in the company, you'll always have opportunities to grow at JTI.

We believe in the value of trial and error, and being open to changes to develop.  "At JTI, people are welcome to make changes, so it pushes me towards more creativity and outside the box thinking to make improvements. It makes me feel that I’m  just notf  just part of the organization but I can drive the change too.
