Core People Processes Manager

 

 

What this position is about - Purpose:

 

You will be part of the team who ensures consistent and efficient People & Culture core processes execution and people systems and processes integrity across JTI on a global level.

 

What will you do - Responsibilities:

 

  • You will take part in development of organizational and people Core processes and systems by identifying and proposing systems improvements via Change requests implementations
  • You will represent corporate People & Culture in IT lead projects and support new entities Integration projects, so as non-IT People & Culture projects and initiatives
  • You will be the owner of the content and you will deliver SAP HR trainings, webinars, knowledge articles in the area of Core HR
  • You will take care of the analysis of training needs functionally and geographically
  • You will run SAP HR GRM and JTI People & Culture processes presentations for new entities
  • You will be shaping and implementing processes for improving People data quality in Global HR systems: keeping functional ownership of Data Quality tools
  • You will lead data quality audit process, driving its continuous improvement by proactive identification of enhancement areas
  • You will develop approach and lead implementation for data correction, collection of missing data or data clean up when required, introduce to SAP HR system users and follow up on execution

 

Who are we looking for - Requirements:

 

  • You have 3-5 years in P&C or related area, understanding of P&C processes and IT systems (SAP HR preferred)
  • HR systems experience acquired within P&C or IT
  • You are Microsoft Office suite expert (especially Excel, PPT, Visio)
  • You have project management and change management experience
  • Your skills profile also includes: communication & influencing skills, data analysis and problems solving, training design & delivery, customer service skills                                  
  • You are fluent in English (verbal & written)
  • You have a University degree in HR (or equivalent)
