BTS People & Culture Process Analyst Manager


Based in Saint Petersburg, WG3

Reporting to BTS P&C Complience Director

If you join us, you will partner with the business to provide consulting expertise in the area of business processes & solution design throughout all the People & culture processes to support the development and maintenance of the technology strategy and implementation of technology portfolio. You will have unique opportunity to work both on the technical and organizational sides of business. You will experience plenty of people interactions. You will work as part of the BTS People & Culture / Compliance team based in various locations.

What will you actually do?


• Identify new functionalities and solutions to enhance the People & Culture business processes

• Map identified requirements from the business to the People & Culture solutions portfolio

• Work closely with BTS People & Culture team to identify a solution that complements the IT strategy

• Having the ownership of the application support requests coming from Global Service Desk, provide application support for both Production and Development with focus on critical / complex incidents and significant change / service requests.

• Manage significant changes in the People & Culture Technology Portfolio following project management best practices

• Oversee delivery of projects including regular status reporting

• Select and manage vendors for service delivery

• Maintain up-to-date appropriate documentation in the area of responsibility

• Contribute to the maintenance of solution database (creating knowledge base articles and validating them)



To be successful you:


• have university degree

• have at least 3 years working experience with SuccessFactors &/or other JTI People & Culture Global Solutions (preferably in a business role or business facing role)

• have excellent working knowledge of People & Culture processes and solutions

• have configuration experience in SuccessFactors Administration

• must be a strong, accomplished in building relationships with customers and suppliers in a global, multicultural environment

• be able to chart improvements in current and future business processes (business process design and architecture)

• poses good knowledge of IT processes (incident, problem, change management)

• have global projects implementation experience

• speak and write fluent English

• SFX accreditation would be an asset
