                                    PROCESS ENGINEER
 

What this position is about - Purpose:

 

The incumbent will be responsible in coordinating all technical activities in the assigned Production Lines in order to meet set production targets (KPIs and other internal targets) in line with Environment, Health & Safety guidelines and ensuring 5S3R standards and also giving support to the continuous improvement activities within the production line.

 

The position will be reporting to Make & Pack Line Manager.

 

What will you do - Responsibilities:

 

  • Coordinate all technical activities in the production line in line with Environment Health & Safety guidelines and ensuring 5S3R standards.
  • Manage continuous improvement activities within the associated production lines.
  • Follow up on production performance of assigned production lines. Initiate and realize necessary actions for the achievement of production KPI's.
  • Ensure daily business of the production activities on assigned machines are done and provide necessary reporting and/or documentation accordingly.
  • Ensure continuous technical knowledge improvement of production personnel in assigned production lines and communicate with his/her superior for development needs.
  • Coordinate implementation of technical activities within associated production lines.
  • Participate and lead assigned safety, production performance, and quality improvement projects. 
     

Who are we looking for - Requirements:

 

  • University Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical-Electronical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Preferably 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
