JUMP Program Overview

 

What are the requirements for an internship?


Depending on where the internship vacancy is located, you will need to have absolved at least your fourth semester, or recently completed your studies in a relevant subject. We are looking for talented students with strong business acumen and the ability to motivate and drive people. You must be a strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills. Tell us how and why you meet these criteria, and make sure you talk about any positions of responsibility you have held. 
You will stand out if you know who our competitors are and can demonstrate an understanding of the challenges we face as an organization and an industry. We are looking for people with a real passion for JTI Switzerland and the ability to clearly articulate in an interview why you are attracted to working for us.

How long does the JUMP internship last?
The internship lasts for 6 to 12 months and will take place in a single department.

Our JUMP program is designed to be a springboard to a successful career with JTI Switzerland. Throughout your time on the program, you will receive the support you need to build and develop a strong foundation to progress with your career at JTI Switzerland.
