Accounts Payable Senior Specialist with Russian

What this position is about - Purpose: 

The position of AP Senior Specialist is contributing to an overall efficient operations of AP department and its high standards. The objective of the role is to provide high quality of services to markets by: timely processing high volume of incoming invoices and query resolution, keeping high accuracy according to the existing Policies and Procedures. Senior Specialist also provides support to other team members, deliver necessary reports and root cause analysis; Identifies and drives operational improvements, manages first level escalations, provides risk management.

What will you do – responsibilities:

• Oversee timely processing of high volumes of invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to Policies and Procedures.
• Execute JSOX controls and ensure compliance.
• Monitor metrics and KPIs, identify process gaps, and propose solutions. Keep documentation up to date.
• Provide support to team members, including onboarding, knowledge sharing, and training.
• Generate and implement continuous improvement ideas.
• Manage first-level escalations, conduct root cause analyses, and coordinate transitions and projects.
• Build effective cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. 

Who are we looking for – requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience.
• PtP experience is required.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Fluency in Russian (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Adaptability to dynamic environments and tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage workload.
• Proactive in identifying and addressing potential risks.
