Meet Racine, who's been with us at JTI for 4 years now. She started at JTI as an Executive Assistant, and now takes the role of Consumer & Trade Activations Associate. Racine is a family-oriented person and that's what she loves about JTI too - that it's a multinational company that manages to stay people-oriented and create a feeling of family. "You can have a difficult morning, get stuck in traffic, and you arrive at work and are immersed into something positive and empowering.
