TALENT MANAGEMENT & LEARNING DEVELOPMENT PROCESS SPECIALIST


Position Purpose: 
 

Ensure efficient delivery of services to all stakeholders (entities, regions, employees) in line with agreed Service Level Targets.
 

Talent and Learning Specialist is responsible for providing quality and timely end-to-end service addressing employee needs across all P&C areas under Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), namely:
 

  • Maintaining data in all systems within the GBS scope
  • Preparing reports
  • Supporting communication within defined procedures
  • Supports and promotes my JTI deployment
  • Liaises with the market to make sure GBS processes reflect the current Learning and Development process
  • Updates SOPs to accommodate system and process changes

What will you do – responsibilities: 
 

Primarily at this role you will be responsible for: 

  • Administrating Performance Management process in Success Factors;
  • Creating/Updating and Releasing Talent Matrices
  • Providing administrative support for Talent Review Sessions;
  • Administer Assessment platforms (SHL, Hogan, Korn Ferry etc.);
  • Coordinate the Employee Engagement Survey and local pulse surreys in external platform
  • Setting up and administer JTI mentorship programs in MentorcliQ
  • Supports Top Employer Certification 
  • Managing accesses and analysing utilization of JTI Global Digital Learning platforms
  • Maintaining local Learning Catalogues in Success Factors, managing employee enrolment
  • Providing data and reports upon requests for Regional/Functional People & Culture Leads and Local/Corporate Agile Pools;
  • Supporting where necessary Strategic Pillars Leads development needs;
  • Addressing employee Talent Management and L&D related queries;
  • Run ad hoc and scheduled reports if necessary
  • Shape, document, update and improve Service Operating Procedures related to Talent and Learning process as well as performing the necessary data quality controls.
  • Acting as an internal facilitator, trainer or webinar support if needed 

 

Who are we looking for – requirements: 
 

  • 1-2 years of experience in a multinational organization on a similar role related to client service, hands-on experience on Success Factors or other LMS systems would be a plus but not mandatory
  • Background in handling training administration and understanding of performance and learning cycles is a plus
  • Knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools is required
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience in business processes’ transition would be your asset
  • Strong Customer Service Mindset. Understanding cross-cultural sensitivity
  • Lean / 6-Sigma/Operational Excellence methodology knowledge would be a plus
  • We require fluent English and knowledge of another language will be an advantage (like Portuguese etc.)
