WHAT IS THIS POSITION ABOUT?

 

  • The People and Culture Officer plays a critical role in coordinating company-wide events and managing various employee-oriented services and facilities. He/she is also responsible for vendor management, system control as well as ad-hoc People and Culture projects requested by the manager.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

 

  • General Services Management
    • Take care of 3 regional offices' general services and facilities. Work with cross-functional teams to plan and execute office contracts, renovations, and expansions, targeting best-in-class work environments to bring out the best of our employees.
    • Execute periodical office equipment/furniture maintenance and enhancement with scopes covering air-con, pest control, disinfection, office renovation, facility improvement, etc.
    • Cooperate closely with EHS to execute environmental, safety, and health initiatives to increase the overall well-being of our employees.
  • Employee Engagement
    • Design and execute company-wide programs and events that reinforce the company's culture and values, enhance morale, and create a positive work environment that inspires peak performance. Projects include but are not limited to year-end parties, spring lunches, festive celebrations, recognition programs, etc. Dedicatedly coordinate, review, and follow up processes, spending, and quality services delivered. 
  • Administration
    • In charge of PR/PO processes, SAP system, mobility support, and car fleet with a customer-centric approach. Responsibilities include but are not limited to training, problem-solving, process enhancement, etc.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Drive continuous improvement efforts in all areas of responsibility, seeking stakeholder feedback and expectations in order to enhance safety, efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
  • Other
    • Manage and implement various tasks and projects as they arise and upon the manager’s request.

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with specialization in Psychology, People & Culture, or Administration
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, administrative experience preferred
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
  • Basic IT literation, advanced Excel & power tools skill are a plus
