WHAT IS THIS POSITION ABOUT?

 

We are looking for a campaign planner who can design, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns using Marketing Automation Platforms such as MoEngage and Adobe Campaign.

 

This position will be responsible for planning personalized and data-driven campaigns across multiple channels, such as SMS, web push notifications, onsite messagng, and email for various brands. You will also analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.

 

You should be able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, such as Brand, Digital, and Creatives. You should also have excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

 

  • CRM Strategy Development: Under the direction of the CRM & MA manager  supervise the digital KPIs by creating strategies on how to improve acquisition and retention metrics, and develop standard methodologies/playbooks for the organization by staying updated on latest trends and applying learnings from different campaigns.
  • CRM Campaign Management: Under the direction of the CRM & MA manager to collaborate wih partners during campaign development to by devising a campaign plan (create audience segments, select channels, create a measurement plan, forecast campaign budget) that addresses the business objectives, and effectively lead each brand's content calendar to ensure continuous user engagement.
  • Measurement & Reporting: Collaborates on data requirements with IT and/or CRM Operations Specialist needed to prepare presentations to customers, and analyzes results from several sources such as campaign, website, sales, and third-party providers.
  • Measurement & Data analysis: Identifies, tracks, and analyzes key performance and satisfaction metrics (qualitative and quantitative data) to drive continual optimization of the JTIP consumer & customer experience and to achieve overall strategic goals. Works closely with SI/BI in preparing required reports, dashboards to be shared with key customers.

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business
  • 1-3 years of experience in campaign planning, marketing automation, or CRM, preferably in the FMCG, Fintech, or digital advertising industry. Should also have a strong knowledge of CRM foundation and functionalities, such as segmentation, automation, analytics, and personalization. 
  • Fluent in oral and written English and Filipino
  • Knowledge of and experience in working in the field of consumer/ customer care, preferably within FMCG, Financial or IT/Mobile industries

  • Knowledge of and experience in developing consumer & customer care platforms and data management systems

  • Consistent track record in running complex projects with a performance and analytical mindset (metrics, KPIs and measurement frameworks)

  • Have consistent record of working within a technical environment

  • Organized and able to work effectively with multiple partners in cross-functional teams

  • Self-motivated and a team-player

  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

  • Able to work well in a fast-paced, consensus-driven, diverse environment
