What is this role about?

Responsible in Handmade development in term of process and equipment in order to achieve optimum level of productivity. Responsible in Handmade KPI and budget reporting.

What will you do?

• To provide analysis and recommendation of new process development or process improvement of Handmade in order to achieve optimum productivity, quality, yield and cost.
  Coordination with the respective departments on KPI and Budget setting and monitoring.
• To provide analysis and highlight of Handmade's KPI and budget to management.
• To identify improvement initiatives to optimize the business process in order to improve the productivity and quality.
• Assign to special project as required.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering with ergonomics and human factor sub – discipline
• At least 0-2 year(s) of working experience in production of FMCG in large scale of multinational company with exposure to Production, Maintenance, Quality areas/fresh graduates are welcome
• Good in speaking and writing English & Bahasa Indonesia.
• Must be conversant with MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
• Amenable to work in Pare, Kediri, Indonesia
• Functional Skills:
  • Good knowledge of production management.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making.
