WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Assure Safe Working Environment for employees and safe act his/her subordinates.
• Assure daily business production requirements in associated machines (QUIP, Rework, standard measurements, prototypes, material trials, product specification) and provide necessary reporting and/or documentation.
• Responsible for continuous technical knowledge improvement of his/her subordinates and communicate with his/her superior for training needs together with assessment of them
• Responsible for assuring global and internal set KPI's within associated production lines. Assure zone housekeeping to comply 5S requirements
• Implement all kind of maintenance and breakdown activities within associated production lines in coordination with given directions by superior. Conducting Qsens monitoring
• Coordinate the vacation and overtime plan of the groups and his/her subordinates and inform his/her superior accordingly
• Perform any other tasks commissioned by the supervisor. Compliance with EHS procedures, labour law, corporate guidance, internal regulations and work performance instructions.
• Understand health and safety aspects of their work and learn about potential hazards, know and maintain required control measures in order to keep their workplace healthy and safe
• Develop their proficiency to do the work healthy and safely, participate in health and safety training and receive appropriate health and safety knowledge and required qualifications, observe and follow safety signs, posters, warning signals, and written directions and instructions
• Know Legal and JTI health and safety requirements associated with the work hazards and comply with all applicable health and safety rules and procedures
• Always demonstrate safe behavior, report incidents and near misses to their supervisor, report identified unsafe conditions and behaviors to their supervisor and eliminate them within their authority and ability to do so

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• University Engineering degree or any Equivalent Related on Manufacturing Process
• 3 - 5 years experience in similar job
• Good English communication skills
• Knowledgeable in MS office applications
