PROCESS LEAD (ENGINEER)

Position Purpose: 
 

You will coordinate the production of make your own and tobacco production lines the direction of daily production, and lead the processes for eliminating losses by effective problem-solving and process control tools.

What will you do – responsibilities: 
 

KPI's Responsibility:

• Follow up production performance of make your own and tobacco production
• Initiates necessary actions to reach KPI targets with JTI standards
• Organising and scheduling periodical instrument controls. Be a good EHS role model

Annual Strategic Planning & Month-end Closing Responsibility:

• Providing support during the Annual Strategic Planning period via gathering historical data, preparing user-friendly charts/tables, and equipping with needed information during target-setting
• Perform calculations, and prepare final charts
• Responsible for month-end closing periods to adjust physical and systematic stocks

Production Process Responsibility:

• Responsible for controlling domestic and export production plan which is planned by team leaders
• Supports team leaders in increasing the efficiency and output

IWS DMS Responsibility:

• Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly DDS meetings to report results, flag issues, and request resources
• Responsible for ensuring CL (Centerline ), and CM (Change Management ) DMS's requirements including UPDT and MTBF
• Reports process failures, top 3 stoppages, and flag issues to take necessary actions
• Standardize equipment and work processes. Own the change management system for a designated process. Update process control strategies and operating procedures as changes occur

5S3R Responsibility:

• Kaizen studies to improve 5S activities on the floor
• Join 5S audit tours to take necessary actions

Talent Management Responsibility:

• Share and reapply to learn across processes, modules, and plants
• Prepare and give training on process/equipment changes
• Develop him/ herself through participating in corporate and external training

Quality Responsibility:

• Leading and coordinating beetle team and carrying out beetle prevention studies
• To take part in contamination prevention activities

Who are we looking for – requirements: 
 

• University degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical Engineering, Electrical-Electronical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering)
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar job
• Analytical thinker and good at interpreting and analyzing data
• Advanced level of English knowledge
• Advanced knowledge/experience working with MS Office applications, PowerBI knowledge is a plus 
• IWS knowledge and experience is a plus
• Quality Management & Steering experience
• Manufacturing Performance Mng. experience
• Management Experience in shopfloor
• Process Knowledge
• Engineering - EHS Understanding
• Project Management
