Who are we?

The Next-Generation Proposition (NGP) team innovates new products that will become growth drivers in the risk-reduced product (RRP) category. Our goal is to innovate and create solutions that benefit consumers and reduce harm.

We combine a systematic and creative approach to drive ideas from early validation into incubation and acceleration, before they are mature enough to be part of JTI’s overall product portfolio. To accomplish this objective, we are looking for new and motivated team members to be a part of our journey.

What do we do?

Our department is focused on developing new propositions and ventures that aim to promote a safer consumption of non-tobacco nicotine products. We utilize a specific methodology to ensure that these ventures are created with a reduced level of risk. Our goal is to innovate and create solutions that will benefit consumers and reduce harm.

Therefore we have set up a framework that allows us to identify opportunities systematically and drive ideas from early validation into incubation and acceleration before they are mature enough to be part of JTI’s overall product portfolio.

You will be part of a small but strong team that enables these processes within the heart of JTI and drives innovation forward.
