Development Analyst Manager

What this role is about?

JTI’s Track & Trace Delivery Center is looking for a Software Engineer (backend and/or front-end) to support the growing internal demand for corporate solutions based on the Microsoft ecosystem.

What will you do?

• You will be working for JTI's Track & Trace process, primarily in charge of the distribution process and closely supporting corporate solutions.
• As a member of the international IT team, you will be in charge of worldwide solutions that serve several factories and countries.

• Your role will not involve development, but rather coordinating/challenging the development of solutions/changes or complex incidents, in collaboration with other internal teams (QA, security, DevOps), engineers & architects, external developers, and other Global IT functions (such as Technical or Business IT functions).

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent
• Understanding the Microsoft Technology Stack. Ability to implement technical solutions using modern paradigms.
• Strong knowledge of technologies such as relational databases (MS SQL Server or Oracle), JavaScript/.NET (C#), Python, SQL, and XML technologies
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in software development projects as a developer or team lead
• Fluency or upper-intermediate proficiency in English
• Good skills in Technical Document writing and reviewing
• Strong, mature personality, Self-confident, Self-motivated, looking for challenges, works independently and remotely.
• Flexibility and Openness to New Technologies, Continuous learner to join a team of learners.
• Strong team player mindset
