Controlling Associate
Please note that this is a fixed-term contract.

What will you do - Responsibilities:

• Daily creation of purchase orders ensuring proper material group assignment (considering VAT, PIT, WHT and GL account prospective).
• Back up for controlling of Travel & Expense paper documentation to ensure compliance with WHT and PIT regulations.
• Management of payroll files and clearing and booking OPEX costs for the Bosnian representative office and control for Serbian legal entity. 
• Manual submission of RLP invoices for processing.
• Participation in monthly closing for IFRS and Local Reporting: Preparation and submission of GL templates to the global processing center.
• Controlling Fixed Asset and Inventory modules, handling retirement/sale processes through invoice or fiscal bill issuance, and conducting monthly inventory revaluation in SAP.
• Assist in posting IFRS/STAT depreciation for registered Fixed assets at month-end and coordinate finance lease postings.
• Oversight of AP/AR Intercompany and 3rd party AR documentation processing.
• Participation in year-end and statutory reporting, as well as preparation of quarterly statutory cash flow statements for JTI Senta. Assist with Inventory and Fixed Assets count.
• Communicate with auditors, providing support during tax control, including document preparation, explanation of SAP transactions, and provision of reports and feedback.

Who are we looking for - Requirements:

• Preferably, knowledge of SAP HANA.
• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience in FMCG
• Serbian certificate of authorized accountant or ACCA certification is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Proficiency in Serbian and English.
