Reporting to: Marketing Director
❖ What this position is about:
To develop commercial brand strategies and the plans to deliver on these strategies. Translate brand strategy into brand communication materials and coordinate with Field Marketing, Sales, Agencies and Suppliers to ensure excellent execution of programs and communications. Lead new product development process with the help of GBS.
❖ What will you do:
- Develop Annual and ongoing Commercial Brand Strategies and Plans. Translate these strategies into effective programs and communication materials that comply with Regulation.
- Lead New Product and Packaging Development process with the help of GBS and develop the Launch Plan for the New Product/Pack
- Work closely with Field Marketing, Sales, Agencies and Suppliers to ensure excellent execution of Brand Programs and Communication.
- Understand the consumer and trade intimately and align Brand Strategies and Plans accordingly
- Responsible for regular brand performance tracking and report, which includes analysis of Nielsen data, internal shipment/ distribution as well as the usage of U&A study or implement a quick study (if necessary) to improve brand performance
- Budget Management
- ·Plan fiscal budget with monthly phasing.
- ·Manage Brand spending within the budget.
- ·Analyze program performance and ROI.
- Other (if applicable)
- Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.
❖ Who are we looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant courses
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in FMCG with a focus on Marketing and Brand Management
- Native proficiency in Thai language
- Intermediate proficiency in English
