Digital Acquisition Specialist, Azerbaijan

 

Position Overview:

 

Digital Acquisition Manager plays a pivotal role in developing and executing digital acquisition strategy based on growth and brand awareness for JTI brand portfolio. Position includes crafting a data-driven approach to reach target audiences across various digital channels, maximizing a return on investments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develops and manages comprehensive digital acquisition strategy (channels, segmentation, budget allocation);
  • Fosters strong working relationships and collaboration with marketing team to ensure seamless campaign execution and achieve brand consistency across all digital touchpoints;
  • Responsible for digital marketing data analysis and reporting;
  • Develop internal Digital Marketing Capabilities understanding.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor University degree (preferable in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications);
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry;
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing data-driven digital acquisition strategies that have demonstrably increased brand awareness, website traffic, lead generation, or sales;
  • Required knowledge of languages as: Azerbaijan and English, knowledge of Russian language is a plus;
  • Excellent in: understanding of paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and campaign optimization techniques (including A/B testing, audience targeting, etc.), present complex digital marketing data and insights in a clear and concise manner, project management skills, interpersonal skills and creative mindset.
