Then we have the perfect role for you. For our Marketing and Sales Team, we are looking for an ambitious and full-time Sales Assistant for our office in Amstelveen.


ABOUT THE ROLE
 

The main responsibility is to provide experienced Commercial and Secretarial assistance to the Sales department in order to facilitate the implementation and execution of all Marketing & Sales tasks and programs, with a large focus on Account correspondence and PR/PO process.


RESPONSIBILITIES

       

  • You will be responsible for the Sales support with assigned Channels/Accounts in the Sales Department. Additionally, facilitate contracts, PR/PO creation, GR posting. You will support the merchandising process with respect to external communication; facilitate contracts, solid overview/administration, PR/PO creation, GR posting, travel arrangements, participate in Sales meetings, and handle minutes
  • You will be a contact person for accounts in the absence of Regional Sales Managers/Channel Managers in order to collect or solve day-to-day queries and questions
  • You will support the Field Sales department:
      Arrange Sales Meetings and Trainings
  • You will organize Marketing & Sales team meetings in and outside, f.i.; booking of location and catering, distribution of invitation and agenda, making minutes
  • You will handle consumer inquiries and queries
  • You will provide assistance to the Marketing- and Sales assistants in case of absence

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • Intermediate Vocational Education, supplemented with secretarial training
  • Solid experience and very successful record as secretary and in project/process planning, basic knowledge of financial processes
  • Fluency in English and Dutch 
  • PC literacy: Windows, SAP, extended knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Proactiveness
